A veteran of 30 years film industry experience. Working for eleven years in South East Asia and prior to that Australia. His in-depth knowledge of film equipment and production processes comes from time spent with both Panavision and Samuelson Film Service.

Walailak, or "Ae" as we know her, is the founding Thai partner of Phenix Films Asia Co., Ltd. She started in the film business at Sammys Asia which became Cinerent (Thailand), a motion picture equipment rental company with Don Balfour. After Cinematography studies in London she participated in the production of the UK feature film "Butterfly Man", produced in Thailand. Ae has also worked in Thai production houses that produce TV commercials. While working at Soho Asia, a major post production facility in Bangkok, Ae learnt all about the latest post production techniques and hardware.

Shane has 16 years film industry experience. Working for 12 years in South East Asia and the rest between London, UK and Dublin, Ireland. After achieving a HND in Broadcasting from Ravensbourne College of Communication and Design, he worked in production and post production between the UK and Ireland. The post production industry in Thailand lured him over, where he has worked as an offline editor, online editor, a digital artist and a telecine colourist for various companies. He has directed a few projects and has a great love of film. He joins Phenix to help facilitate production in the region.
